    How each line is worked out

    • EmailList size multiplied by campaigns, plus one welcome voucher email per new sign-up, at $0.16 per 1,000 sends on the entry plan, which carries no fixed monthly fee.
    • WhatsAppList size multiplied by campaigns, at $0.0592 per message. Meta bills every marketing template individually, so this scales directly with both numbers.
    • Phone verificationNew sign-ups multiplied by $0.128, which is the verification check plus one SMS to an Irish number. Charged once per member, ever, never again.
    • SMS campaignsList size multiplied by campaigns, at $0.0779 per segment.
    • Database hostingThe $25 monthly plan, which includes far more capacity than the member list itself consumes. Even 50,000 members is a fraction of one percent of the included space. What grows over time is campaign history, not headcount, and the retention policy keeps that in check.

    Why your list size is not on the bill

    The acquisition figure is deliberately narrow. It counts only what it costs to bring one member in and verify them, not the campaigns you send everyone afterwards. Mixing the two would make acquisition look expensive and retention look free, and neither would be true.
